Life Coaching is the practice of working with you in the discovery of your true values by helping to identify and clear away obstacles such as fear, limiting beliefs, procrastination and perfectionism. By asking good questions, encouraging, and helping you achieve your goals.

- 1-hour video sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

- Custom exercises to complete between the sessions with review and feedback designed to further support your growth
- Session notes highlights and key takeaways to keep for reference

Makeover Workshop Intensive $100
Makeover Workshop Intensive
Personal Goal Strategy:
- One time 1.5 hour deep dive session
- Creation of a Personal Goal Strategy to achieve your one important goal

In addition to this content we offer Life coaching materials and individual encouragement sessions by appointment only. The cost of individual life coaching destiny sessions is $60 per hour with a minimum of two per month. Other options are available if you would like to chat with one of our Life Coaches.
